A solo presentation by Ray Tenorio Viera exploring myth, transformation, identity, and the shared symbolic language through which cultures understand the human experience.
Mythological Beings brings together figures born from mythology, spirituality, and the artist’s imagination. Created with polychromatic oil-based colored pencils and finished with oil-based polyurethane, the works unite meticulous drawing with wood, paper, and cowries.
Across the collection, hybrid bodies and symbolic details become a visual language for creation, love, courage, memory, and the journey of life. The exhibition reflects Tenorio Viera’s continuing interest in the connections between cultural traditions and the universal emotions beneath them.
